Returns Policy

  •  Return through your local DHL carrier, attach the return labels that you will find in the package on the return. Return is FREE for orders shipped with DHL, if you have chosen the standard shipping method then you need to send the package with the national post office and the cost is on the buyer. (Only for Europe) 
  • For returns made from countries outside the European Union please contact with us to arrange the return! 
  • You have the right to return any item for a refund, within 14 days of receiving your original order.
  • All goods will be inspected on return.
  • We will refund the price of the products and not the shipping costs.
  • When you return an item you are not obligated to tell us the reason you are returning it. You can return it to the address you will find on our contact info.
  • When we will receive the item we will give you a full refund of the product on your account.
  • You have to return the item as you received it, with the labels on it and in the package.
  • Please notice that some screens are changing the color of the product, please have that in mind when you choose a product and check it on different screens if you have the possibility to avoid any mistakes.
  • If a customer wants special changes on the original design ( add details, add a collar, make longer or shorter, change sleeve design, etc..) we can make but we will not accept a return or exchange of the product.

 

How to return a package ( From European Union Countries )

 

  • If you have ordered your product with express please use DHL proforma that you will find in your package to return the product. The return is free.
  • If you have ordered with post office please send back with the post office, the shipping cost is on buyer! Also before sending back please contact us.

When you send back the package to us, its necessary to send us with mail the tracking number so we can track the package you return!

 

How to return a package ( From Countries Outside Of the European Union  )

 

  • Please return the package using your country’s post office, the shipping cost is on the buyer. The return address is Hatziioannou, Mitropolitou Iosif 13, Thessaloniki, Greece.

When you send back the package to us, its necessary to send us with mail the tracking number so we can track the package you return!

 

 

How to return a package ( From Greece )

 

  • For returns made from Greece please return the products with ELTA COURIER, the cost is on us, so you don’t have to pay anything.  
  • Just complete the form that you will find in the package and put it again inside, write our address on the package and return it with the Elta courier!

 

 

Withdrawal Policy

The consumer has the right to withdraw without justification within 14 calendar days from receiving the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013).

Withdrawal time-limit. For sales contracts, the withdrawal period shall begin on the day on which the product is delivered to the customer or to a third party indicated by the customer.

The withdrawal will be implemented without any obligation on the part of the customer to state the reasons and without any charge. If the item has already been delivered, the customer must return the product in the exact condition in which it was received. The return of the item will accepted only after the consumer has first paid any amount charged by the online store for sending the item to him as well as the shipping costs for the return of the item.

The declaration of withdrawal is made written or electronically and our online store is obliged to send confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal declaration as soon as it is received.

Following the declaration of withdrawal, the online store is obliged to refund the price received. The refund to the customer is made as follows:

  • In the case of a credit card charge: if by the time of the withdrawal and return of the item the price has been paid by the Bank, the store is obliged to inform the Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank will perform any action provided for under the contract it has concluded with the customer. The refund will be made with a credit card money transfer back to the customer.
  • In the case of cash on delivery, the refund to the customer will be made by means of a deposit to a bank account (IBAN) indicated by the customer.
  • In the case of payment via Paypal, the refund will be made by crediting the customer’s Paypal account accordingly.
  • In case the Customer chooses pickup from the store and payment in the store, then the sale is not considered as a distance contract and therefore the right of withdrawal does not apply.

The return of the products by the Customer must be made without undue delay and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the day of notification of withdrawal to the online store. Under no circumstances will products be accepted without prior written or electronic notification of withdrawal.

The customer in case of withdrawal shall return the product at his own expense and at his own risk in transit. The products that the customer wishes to return must be in exactly the same condition in which they were received, i.e. without having been opened or unsealed or the packaging having been violated.

Excluded from the withdrawal are products whose packaging has been opened and products that are returned with damage caused after being received by the customer.

 

Failed Orders

If you try to order a product from our store and the transaction can not process please contact your bank and also us.

 

Cancel an Order

You can cancel any order before shipment, the cancelation fee is 3,5%. For fur coats, the cancelation fee is 5,5%. For made to order products the cancelation fee is 15%.

 

Customs and Taxes

When you order products from Hatziioannou Fur & Leather for shipment to destinations outside of the European Union, an estimate of the Import Fees (“Import Fees Deposit”) may be levied on those items in your order. With your authorization, these funds are used by the carrier or another agent to pay the Import Fees on your behalf (or the recipient’s behalf) to the appropriate authorities of the destination. The payment of import fees is the responsibility of the recipient and is levied based on the laws of the destination into which the products are being shipped. For all customers, we don’t cover all customs and import duties.  You will be responsible for any customs and import duties payable.

On 31 December 2020, the transition period for the United Kingdom’s withdrawal from the EU ended. This means that the UK is now formally a third country and EU law no longer applies there.

For the purposes of customs, the UK is treated as any other non-EU country as of 1 January 2021. In particular, customs procedures and formalities now apply to trade between the UK and the EU.

However, in accordance with the agreed Protocol on Ireland and Northern Ireland, EU customs rules and procedures generally continue to apply to goods entering and leaving Northern Ireland.
