Differentiation
As fur is a natural product it is possible in some cases that the colour of the photo is a little bit different from the natural product and also be different from screen to screen. We are not responsible if you misunderstood the colour of the fur product.

Payment
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Most of our products are made to order as you can see on the description of each product. When we recieve the payment we start making the product, the time we need to sew the fur varies and it is written in the description of the product.
